As a part of our unit, we are learning where the Boreal Forest falls in relation to other provinces of Canada and regions of Alberta.  

During our class brain storm we described the Boreal Forest as being:

-in northern Alberta

-not in the Rocky Mountain or Parkland region

-north from the United States

-in Alberta, but it goes outside of Alberta -- it goes into other provinces and wraps around the world

-south of the territories
